Baker Steel Alpha Gold Fund

Baker Steel Capital Managers is pleased to announce the launch of Baker Steel Alpha Gold Fund (BSAG), the fifth investment vehicle under the Baker Steel/Genus banner.

BSAG seeks to provide investors with exposure to the gold market through an actively managed portfolio of gold and gold equities. The firm's established approach to stock selection will be combined with exposure to gold. The overall level of gold market exposure will be systematically managed through the firm's proprietary gold market sentiment model (Genex).

The objective of the Fund is to outperform the gold price but with lower volatility, combining gold and gold equities exposure. BSAG will carry permanent protection in its portfolio, designed to support its NAV during 'grey swan' events that may otherwise drive the price of gold down.

BSAG is a sub-fund of a Luxembourg domiciled UCITS IV Fund with daily liquidity. It is available to institutional investors and also to retail investors in jurisdictions where the sub-fund is suitably registered. US Dollar, Euro, British Pound and Swiss Franc currency share classes are available.
